Market comparison company money.co.uk has recently released a study on the most trusted consumer brands. They compared over 100 of the biggest companies in the world, sourced from sites such as Consumer Goods and Forbes. The brands were then ranked based on their Trustpilot scores as over November 2021.
Superdrug, with a TrustScore of 4.4, was ranked number 1 across retail. They were also ranked number 2 across every industry alongside fashion brand Dior.
Since partnering with Superdrug in 2019, FM Outsource has worked hard to improve review scores for Superdrug and to consistently provide an amazing customer experience.
