Recruitment Criteria
We hire our UK-based teams with a sophisticated recruiting process. Applicants attend multiple interviews, and need to pass grammar and typing tests before we make a decision.
Our Learning & Development Team
Round-the-clock quality checks and constant support are the bedrock of our customer service team. When operators first join they'll spend 3 weeks with the Learning & Development team to get up to speed. They'll be introduced to their colleagues and their new role over the course of the first couple of days, and only once they’ve settled in will they start to train on your operation.
