Immersive Agent

We’ll put an agent in your existing operation, and get to know your processes and brand on-site, by becoming a part of your business first. They’ll become your brand leader, and a stakeholder in making sure their knowledge is passed back into the rest of the operation.

Wikis and Training

Our Learning and Development Team will work closely with your immersive agent to develop bespoke wikis, tone of voice guidelines and training documentation. We’ll be combining best practice with key processes from your operation to create a comprehensive training path.

Recruitment

We'll use creative recruitment methods to find the best talent in the country, using events, networking and University fairs to compose our shortlists. Then, we'll test grammar, typing speed and communication skills to ensure only the most astute individuals make it onto your team.

Technical Setup

We'll provide the hardware, and manage system setup to make sure we get off to a smooth start. We'll also review security requirements like whitelisting, VPNs and logins to keep your data safe. If integrations are in the scope of the project, we’ll set those up too. When everything’s done, we’ll keep an eye on your operation with on-going IT support.
