Flexibility forms the foundation of our customer service offering, which is why you can choose from two different commercial models: 'cost per contact' and 'cost per hour'. The Lite and Premium plans detailed below run on the 'cost per contact' model, and were built for smaller operations, or if you'd like to trial us on monthly rolling contract. Larger teams can choose a 'cost per hour' rate on the Pro and Enterprise tiers on which - unlike other provider models - every hour paid for is an hour on the rota.
