During National Customer Service Week 2023, The Institute of Customer Service decided to host a ‘Customer Service Hero’ competition to shout out all the fantastic work that operators do across the country.
In FM, we have so many amazing members of staff that we had to put it to a vote. After an open round of nominations – garnering 17 nominees in total! – one of our Team Leaders, it became clear that one name was coming up again and again. After reading all the nominations, it was very obvious that Brandon should be our Customer Service Hero, and we’re delighted to say that The Insitute of Customer Service agreed!
