I started out as a Customer Service Advisor back in 2019. In all honesty, I started the role thinking it would be nothing but a decent part-time job to have whilst at university (which it absolutely was). However, when I realised that I wanted to pursue a career in marketing, I sent an email to FM asking if they had any entry level marketing roles. The response I got was incredibly supportive and I am now a full-time Marketing Assistant! The internal progression opportunities at FM are amazing and I couldn’t be more grateful for them helping me kick-start my marketing career!
